Chief of Staff / Platform — operational roles at small VC funds
Company stage & type
Accelerator programs and studios built around finding exceptional people early, before the resume says they're ready
Small VC funds, solo GP or 2–5 partner teams, where one hire has real surface area
Programs and funds that value pattern recognition and hands-on operator experience over a finance pedigree
A team that wants a thinking partner on people and ideas, not just an execution hire

Actively looking, available immediately
Not a fit
Pure execution roles with no evaluative or sourcing component. Large, process-heavy funds or programs where one person doesn't have real surface area. Roles where "investor" or "talent" is a title without real ownership behind it. Sales roles.
